Created in 2019.

This is a painting Vanessa made during the 2019 Australian fires, inspired by the fires and the political situation along with the floods in other parts of the world I find it ironic that the Earth must be so delicately positioned in the universe to have such diverse reactions. Then that thought was followed by the need to back burn in order to protect the delicate ecosystem being threatened.
