Lately Vanessa focused on building her skills (and using up her black so she can replenish her paints into just the shades and primary colours..) so she made this dark desert, at first Vanessa visualized a floating crossing in the desert and as she painted Vanessa decided to make it never ending and then on an adventure with her mum an idea popped into mind where she should paint trees that bend downward into street lights. Vanessa also decided to change the way she paints desert grounds, adding more detail. Vanessa thought if she organized herself better she could have added more detail, we'll see how these skills progress.

So essentially it's up to the viewer to decide how they interpret the painting. Vanessa like's to see it as a pathway made especially for you, forming itself as you as it progresses, directing you where you need to be.
