Vanessa made this painting based on a digital artwork she created a couple years back in terms of layout, creating it revolved more around the time frame Vanessa gave herself and just creating it so she didn't have a concept in mind. Vanessa had to name it so she based the name on another painting she recently finished which also has a floating crossing, as if they're connected and this is the day time version. Vanessa ended up really focusing on the texture of the floor because she told insta that they can decide when she may start painting a different section.. No one opted for her to move on so it ended up really detailed; that taught her that she can do better.
