Expansive Light is a creation with many layers of colors and a pouring process which Berta enjoys. This work is from her Minimalism series. The artist feels that less is more. She does not add textures, only paints and some water to help move the paint, with no brushes involved. Berta loves that clean and minimalist look. The artist believes we have too much chaos in our lives. We need to live with peace and calmness and that is what she has tried to create with this work.
