One of the standout pieces of Juke Blue's "From Berlin with Love" collection, "Firestarter" presents us with one of the Australian-born, Berlin-based artists's most striking examples of retrophonica. Using colours drawn exclusively from the German flag and fashioned in the Juke's unique film to pop/art aesthetic, the piece conjures up images of late nights spent on the wrong side of the tracks, where our wayward hearts sometimes led us.
