Billie has a complex relationship with religion. They personally worship the earth as their "higher power", and while they don't believe in literal heaven or hell, they do believe that actions always come with consequences. Whether those consequences manifest "instantly" (ex-karma), or in the afterlife is up to the viewer to decide and interpret in their own way.
