The opportunity to play with scale is what this piece is all about. This is an image a friend of mine had taken, he's in Indonesia. To play with the background and negative space by using pink acrylic gouache and pink metallic leaf just electrifies the whole presence. The frog is done with blending color pencil and detailed with graphite pencil.
