The participant then has to guess which cup contains the ball. While the five cups are rearranged, one can’t help but become distracted. Placed in the background is an overabundance of prizes in the form of a brain to symbolize the outer layer of consciousness. As each prize is won and taken down, neurons are revealed beneath the surface. Peering into the distance signifies one’s ability to achieve insightfulness. Thus the viewer gains more from what is removed rather than what is obtained.
