When something bad happens – everything inside turns into a desert. You can enter this desert and wander around there. And then you will meet there three desert sand witches.

The first witch cures body. Her fingers hold Prithvi-mudra, which increases the life powers, improves health, and helps reach inner peace.

The second witch cures energy. Her fingers hold Prana-mudra, which straightens the flow of the energy streams in the body.

The third witch cures spirit. Her fingers hold Jnana-mudra, which activates connection with God, removes anxiety and fear, opens us to the world.
