This digital drawing is part of a series that expresses the artist's experience of being a woman. As women we project an ideal version of ourselves to others. This ideal is a fantasy rooted in the individual’s ego, as well as societies expectations of being classically feminine. This drawing was created to show how this illusion is simultaneously alluring and mesmerizing, yet fails to convince others. The individual’s true character always reveals itself.
