The artist grew up in Kansas and came to love the wide open spaces of the many ranches there in order to share the quiet beauty of cattle in fields and rolling stretches of pasture. He made this series bearing in mind the prehistoric cave paintings of the animal life around our distant ancestors. This is a unique gelatin silver print with acrylic paint.
