'Think Small' was a piece of work I completed to accompany a creative podcast show. I mention this because although landscapes can be quite sweeping and the title seems to suggest the opposite, 'Think Small' signifies how important it is to take daily baby steps towards our greater vision - something which I found vital as I worked my way back from my healing journey from anxiety, depression and burnout. This landscape was originally inspired by a place dear to my heart, Limanaki in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. Kika's digital landscape images on Loupe Art are a tribute to the time she returned to Art following a 15 year break, kickstarting her healing journey from anxiety, depression and burnout through revisiting nature. These landscapes were initially translated from photographs through to collage and only recently transferred through illustration to expand on the possibilities for sharing her work with her audiences.
