Lewis was visiting Portland during the holiday season in 2018 and found this scene along one of his nightly walks. He remembers it was incredibly brisk out, so there weren't many people wandering the streets. Normally one of his favorite conditions to shoot it, he got this, a few other frames, then hurried back inside.
