UNTITLED NO. 1

Jennifer Cronin
"From the peculiar manifestation of paint in my everyday life." The manifestation of paint is rooted in human psychological needs and impulses in the midst of routine, everyday existence. Sitting on the surface of the canvas, the paint, sometimes thick, liquidy, drippy, misty, brush strokey, etc. infuses the banal, quiet, domestic space with mystique, horror, beauty, grace, drama, and anxiety.
